i am using LO 4.3 in manjaro (arch based linux distro) all is working great – however i have noticed that in version 4.3 a document is not opening at the last saved position — i does do that in version 4.2.6 – same document — in version 4.3 it always opens at the first page.

is this a bug or is there some setting that has been changed in this version ?

regards

Put something in User data.
If I am not wrong is needed to put something in User data. Menu/Tools/Option/LibreOffice/User data.

Confirm (partly)
I confirm that with LO 4.3/openSUSE 12.3 documents are not always opened at the last edited point. And yes, my user data are there. Some particular documents are affected, but I could not figure out what they have in common. Thus, no test case so far Sad

update about this setting
i have found out the following — opening document on last saved position only works on new documents — not on documents made by a previous version — even if the user details are filled in. i have tried it with several documents. with and without user info filled in.

so i think this is stull a bug present in the 4.3 version

can some please confirm this ?

This appears to be bug FDO#80960.
