Report Builder Missing?

Greetings and thank you in advance for your time and assistance
I am using Ubuntu 15.05
LO Version: 5.0.5.2
Build ID: 1:5.0.5~rc2-0ubuntu2
In the Extension Manager the Report Builder extension is not shown…should it be?
When I go to create a report and click on
Create a Report in Design View nothing happens
Use Wizard to Create a Report – the wizard shows but with the default LO Base report builder.
Have searched the net and the forums and did not find a solution.

related package installed?
Is the related Ubuntu package installed? There has been at least one instance in the past of the related report builder package not being built / included (lp#992232), however I would first check to see if the package is first installed.
