Keyboard shortcut for Repeat Last Action

Actually, I’d be interested in either a keyboard shortcut, or an icon for this on a toolbar.
In MS Office, after changing the formatting (say, making something bold or increasing the font size) I can block out new text, and then tap F4, and the blocked out text changes in the same way that I changed the previous block of text.
I looked it up online, and found that this was called “Repeat Last Action.” Is there something like this for LibreOffice? I looked in the Customize Toolbar window, but didn’t see anything.

Shift+Ctrl+Y (of course, you can assign another thing shortcut). But don’t expect it to work as in M$ Word.

It works for me too. I forgot
It works for me too. I forgot that Lenovo rigged the Fkeys so that you had to press Fn first, to get them to work as they do in other laptops.

I just found out that I can
I just found out that I can put an icon on the toolbar for this. I found in the Customize dialog, that I could select Add from whatever toolbar I want it on, and then find the Repeat command in the Edit group. Anyways, after using my mouse to format text, I don’t even have to move my hands to select the Fn+F4 keys. I just hit the Repeat icon on the toolbar. Great.
Any idea why? I even closed out, then restarted LO, and still no change.
