Era uno spammer che invitava ad usare un sito.
Un sito tecnico di aggiornamenti, a cui anch'io contribuivo, anni fa.
Purtroppo desertico e disertato, attualmente.
Ridotto proprio male se ricorre alla spam.
Ammesso e non concesso che siano i titolari del sito che la promuovono
