aiuto.....il mio iMac si spegne da solo

buongiorno a tt sto ancora capendo come funziona il forum, quindi spero di fare giusto a scrivere qui...sono nuova si era capito
ho fatto l'aggiornamento MacOS High Sierra. io ho un iMac 21.5 del 2012 il primo aggiornamento il iMac aveva problemi nel avviarsi, ho letto qui che bisognava aspettare il prossimo aggiornamento per sistemare il primo.
abbiamo fatto anche il secondo è adesso il riavvio e tt ok, ma si spegne da solo e poi si riavvia da solo più volte al giorno.
vi allevo il resoconto che mi arriva quando si riavvia ,se potete aiutarmi, grazieeeee mille
ps: ho provato copiarlo ma non mi bastano il numero delle lettere...è l'unico formato e questo che riesco a mettere....( in questa materia sono piuttosto ignorante scusate)

Intanto potrebbe essere un problema hardware (tipo che l'HD rotazionale sia alla frutta). E sarebbe la cosa meno grave.

Difficilmente una installazione pulita di macOS potrà risolvere. Se hai tutti i dati al sicuro potresti provare ad inizializzare il Mac ed installare una versione precedente di Sistema Operativo. Ma necessiti di una chiavetta (o disco esterno) con installer avviabile.

Il log che hai caricato risulta di difficile lettura, ma se hai un hard disk meccanico ti suggerisco di tornare a Sierra o di aprire il Mac e mettere un SSD

ciao Simone grazie per il tuo aiuto, sinceramente sono andata vedere che è un SSD sono ignorante in materia...
non ho mai avuto problemi con il iMac prima di questo aggiornamento, però valuterò anche questa opzione.... pensavo che una volta salvato tutti i dati e fatto il ripristino
di lasciare tutti i video e foto nel disco esterno, o non centra nulla questo.

Quel resoconto non può essere utile.
Così com'è sembra dovuto ad un evento hardware che interessa il kernel.

Potrebbe essere utile un system.log, se pensi sia un fatto software..
Si può trovare in Console (Applicazioni/Utility).

Una volta aperto bisogna trovare col cerca:

- SHUTDOWN, leggendo le precedenti 30 righe
Se puoi postale, come testo, per favore.
Possibilmente tra i tag Code (codice) della finestra di risposta.
Se ci sono riferimenti personali, eliminali prima di postare

- previous shutdown cause, riporta la riga con il numero dell'errore e la descrizione

Gli aggiornamenti Keystone non c'entrano nulla.

Come detto sopra, dovresti postare esattamente quello richiesto:
30 righe prima di SHUTDOWN (cerca anche SHUTDOWN_TIME e BOOT_TIME, sono più o meno lì).
E previous shutdown cause, tutta la riga.

Se non lo trovi più in Console devi cercarlo, perché ormai archiviato, in
/private/var/log/system.log o in /private/var/log/system.log.X.gz
Raggiungibile dal menù Vai del Finder > Vai alla cartella /private/var/log

ciò lavorato tutto ieri alla ricerca di SHUTDOMNT in tutte le voci della consol non c'è nulla usando anche il ricerca nulla.
sono andata in errori e guasti e alla voce iMac della consol sulla lista e segnato l'errore ma non so se è questo che ti serve.

sono andata anche nel sistema in cerca è non in consol. ho trovato boot-time, nessun SHUTDOMNT lo copiato dall'inizio o ti serve più giù?

Quel log si riferisce ad un aggiornamento di driver.
Non saprei dire se segnala errori, non sembra.
Quindi non aiuta, avrei bisogno di leggere quanto già ho detto sopra, che mi sembrava ben descritto.

In ogni caso, scarica ed applica questo aggiornamento combinato.
