Ciao,
da qualche settimane Chrome si blocca durante la navigazione (esce rotellina multicolore e ruota per 15 secondi circa). Ho ripristinato le impostazioni e non ho estensioni installate.
Cosa devo fare?

Appuntati con precisione l'ora o apponi un marcatore.
Provoca il problema, aprendo Chrome, copia e copia il log dall'ora appuntata fino a quando appare la rotella colorata.
Anche fino a che resta rallentato

Saranno qualche decina di righe, gentilmente non postare centinaia e centinaia di righe inopportunamente.
Posta come testo tra i tag Code (codice), per favore.
Disabilita le faccine e controlla che non appaiano i tuoi dati personali

Rimuovi il malware/adware direttamente con EtreCheck.
Dovrebbe sparire il problema.

Hai un altro problema con una funzione malridotta.

Ho anche il problema che dopo circa 10 minuti di utilizzo, il mouse funziona a scatti (cambiato diversi mouse ma il risultato non cambia)
Può essere un problema dato da questo malfunzionamento?

Che funzioni hai attivate riguardo alla sinterizzazione vocale?
Puoi elencarle?
Per esempio:

- Pronuncia dell’ora (preferenze di Sistema > Data e Ora > Orologio)
- Attivazione utilità vocali (Accessibilità > Voce > Abilita Annunci o Riproduzione del testo)
- Ecc

Hai abilitato alcune funzioni connesse alla voce in cartelle smart?
Così risulta.

Insomma hai abilitato un’azione cartella, connessa con una funzione di utilità vocale che svolge un’azione più grande delle sue possibilità normali.
Dovresti trovarla ed annullarla.
L’alternativa è creare un nuovo utente e trasferire i dati e non le impostazioni.

Per il resto:

- Hai debellato l’adware?

- Elimina Monolingual, con 500Gb si sfiora il ridicolo ad usare questo vecchio attrezzo utile per dischi da meno di 60GB.

- Per il mouse non saprei, hai dato una descrizione generica.
Prova una manovra generica, cancella le preferenze bluetooth nella libreria utente e poi scollega il bluetooth.
Riavvia con un mouse a filo, poi ricollega il mouse

allora:
-ho debellato l’adware
-ho eliminato Monolingual
- ho controllato funzioni relative alla sinterizzazione vocale e non ne ho nessuna attiva
- altre cose non le ho trovate, ma non so cosa è una cartella smart. Dove le trovo?

Purtroppo il mac si blocca ancora con rotella che gira.
In merito al mouse ho provato diversi mouse con filo e dopo 10-15 minuti di attività il puntatore funziona ad intermittenza
