IMAC non si spegne più

ciao a tutti, h out IMAC 21,5" acquistato a Dubai nel 2014. aggiornato alla ultima versione di EL CAPITAN 10.11.5
da un giorno all'altro quando vado su mela>spegni o mela>riavvia non fa nulla, sparisce la barra del finder e non da segni di spegnimento, ma se vado sulla dock le app continuano a funzionare...ho anche scaricato Etrecheck ma non vedo cose anomale...a monte di tutto non ci capisco un tubo...infatti chiedo a voi esperti come posso risolvere questo guaio.

SRAW sono un po di fretta.
programmi come CleanMyMac non servono su i mac,creano solo problemi.
rimuovilo con il suo uninstaller.

Sì, togli CleanMyMac3 sperando che non abbia già fatto danni irreparabili.
Se ci riesci, non sarà facile.
Magari anche Kies e il software Samsung se puoi farne a meno.
Inoltre TUTTO, ma non nascosto bensì eliminato, da Preferenze di Sistema, Utenti e gruppi, Elementi del login.

Poi posta un syslog di uno spegnimento.
Apri Console, sulla barra laterale scegli System.log.
Appuntati con precisione l'ora.
Spegni come puoi e poi riavvia, riapri Console, copia e incolla il log dall'ora appuntata fino a quando hai spento o trovi SHUTDOWN.
Saranno circa 20/40 righe, gentilmente non postare centinaia e centinaia di righe inopportunamente

Disabilita le faccine e controlla che non appaiano i tuoi dati personali

Dipende di dove sei. Apple non lo fa, ma molti APR (come R-Store) sì.

ho segnato l'ora dello spegnimento (14:50:14) e riacceso il Mac alle 15:00
