General:
- Fix libtool versioning (forgot to bump gimp_interface_age)

Overview of Changes from GIMP 2.8.10 to GIMP 2.8.12

Core:
- OSX: Fix migration code for old GIMP directories
- Fix brush sizes when used from plug-ins
- Windows: Allow to Explorer-open files with UTF-8 characters in the filename
- Make XCF loading more robust against broken files

GUI:
- Make sure the widget direction matches the GUI language
- Remove the option to disable the warning when closing a modified image
- Fix canvas overlay widgets (like the text options) for tablets
- Make DND work between images in one dockable

Libgimp:
- Make gimp_image_get_name() return the string used for the image title

Plug-ins:
- Make script-fu-server more secure by listening to 127.0.0.1 by
default and add a warning about changing that IP. This breaks the
procedure's API, but for security reasons.
- Bring back proper script-fu translations

General:
- Massively clean up and fix the OSX build and bundle
- Add Jenkins tutorial
- Documentation updates
- Bug fixes
- Translation updates

La prima volta che si riavvia GIMP dopo l'aggiornamento ci vorrà un po 'di tempo, perché ricarica i font.
A causa di alcune differenze nelle funzioni di salvataggio/esportazione si dovranno leggere le seguenti istruzioni:

Since the 2.8.6 build, the GIMP on OS X packages uses a more smart way of the "save / export" function than it was introduced in GIMP 2.8. The GIMP on OS X build tries to prevent data loss as far as possible while still giving you as much as possible of the the old behavior of GIMP 2.6 back, without restricting you too much.

Now:
1) non-XCF images with 1 layer:
- can be saved via "File - Save" as in GIMP 2.6
- are marked "clean" after saving, so no more dialogs about unsaved changes

2) non-XCF images with 2 or more layers:
- nothing has been changed. Works as in 'plain' GIMP 2.8

3) XCF images and newly created images:
- nothing has been changed. Works as in 'plain' GIMP 2.8

"Save as / Export / Export to / Overwrite" work as in 'plain' GIMP 2.8

And, it’s completely configurable:
Go to GIMP's Preferences -> Environment -> Saving Images -> "Force to save only in XCF image format".
The default is unchecked, which will give you the above mentioned behavior, so that you can save non-XCF images.
If you want to use the new GIMP 2.8 behavior to only save in XCF, just mark this option checked.

Si erano dimenticati di aggiungere la lingua inglese.
Per cui chi sceglieva la lingua inglese si trovava il programma in un altro linguaggio

* lots of bug fixed:
* UFRaw now works again and can open RAW files
* fixed a bug, where using the context menu (right-click on the canvas) has totally scrambled the main menubar
* switching images with ALT + number now works as expected
* fixed a bug with fonts (rectangles were shown instead of characters if you've installed GIMP as admin and run as user)
* added a missing localization of the application menu (random languages might have been shown in the GIMP menu)
* folder icons are shown throughout the file open / file save dialog.
