Problema avvio dopo installazione W10 (URGENTE per videolezioni scuola)

Ciao,
sil Imac mid2010 di mio figlio ho dovuto installargli W10, poichè per la scuola gli serviva qualche programma esclusivo di Windows.
Dopo qualche "tribolata" con assistente bootcamp (il modello 11.3 non era tra quelli che possono installare W10) tutto è proceduto bene.
Dopo l' installazione W10 si è configurato bene ed ha installato i drivers necessari.
Al riavvio del Imac ho visto che partiva sempre con windows, mentre io preferivo la partenza con OSX.
Quindi ho tenuto premuto ALT, ho riavviato in OSX e nelle preferenze di avvio ho selezionato High Sierra.
Chiuso tutto e andato a letto.

Stamattina non ne vuole sapere di partire in OSX, mentre va benissimo con W10.
Con OSX la barra si riempie velocemente fino a metà (è un SSD) poi va pianissimo, fino a riempirsi tutta e stare lì senza fare niente.
Sono ripartito con CMD-R e gli ho fatto fare un SOS sulla partizione OSX, ma ancora niente (vedi sotto).

Come posso ripartire in OSX ? Eventualmente gli ripristinerò la partenza in W10 nelle preferenze, se questo è il risultato che ho ottenuto.

Vorrei risolvere al più presto perchè queste sono giornate di videolezioni da scuola, al momento ho rimediato con il fido Macbook pro early2018.

Non risolve il problema attuale però... poi, non tutto può essere virtualizzato se servono determinate prestazioni

Devi provare a sistemare quel disco. Puoi provare a farlo avviando dalla partizione di ripristino, oppure avviando da un clone su disco esterno.

L'alternativa e re installare il sistema su se stesso (non perdi nulla) ma se il disco ha dei problemi sarebbe meglio sistemarli..

Ho provato sia con la Recovery, limitandomi a Utility Disco e Terminale, che con CMD+S.
Lì rimane fermo e non mi fa fare il /sbin/fsck -fy (che però ho poi fatto da terminale).
Non capisco cosa gli sia successo... ho visto che aveva un aggiornamento ieri sera, ma non glielo avevo fatto fare.

Cosa devo fare esattamente ?
Cosa vuol dire dalla partizione di ripristino ?
E se reinstallo OSXsu sè stesso, perdo tutti i dati esistenti ?

Con fsck dice che va tutto bene, ma poi tornando in utility disco li ritrova.
Mi spieghi la procedura per reinstallarlo su sè stesso ?

Reinstallare macOS dal disco di recupero integrato sul computer: tieni premuti i tasti Comando-R fino a quando viene visualizzata la finestra Utility.
Questa opzione reinstalla la versione di macOS archiviata sul disco di recupero integrato sul computer, inclusi tutti gli aggiornamenti che hai installato.

Seleziona “Reinstalla macOS”, quindi fai clic su Continua.

Segui le istruzioni visualizzate. Nel pannello di selezione del disco, seleziona il disco macOS attuale (nella maggior parte dei casi è l'unico disponibile).

Ok, ho preinstallato tutto ed è finito proprio adesso.
Si è riavviato con High Sierra.
Adesso gli sto facendo fare quegli aggiornamento di ieri sera che erano in sospeso.
Poi si riavvierà e speriamo bene...

Comunque un suggerimento per chi non lo ha mai fatto : ricordarsi di attivare il wifi, nascosto in alto a destra, altrimenti va in errore.

Oppure, meglio ancora, collegarsi alla rete tramite cavo ethernet, onde evitare problemi durante il download dell'installer del sistema operativo (che ha un peso non trascurabile)

Al momento si riavvia in OSX, ma fa cose folli.
Prima ha detto che non aveva nessun hardware wireless installato.
Poi si è riavviato in Recovery da solo ed ha detto che non riusciva a completare L’ installazione.
Si è quindi riavviato tre quattro volte con degli errori che ho mandato ad Apple.

Che problemi ha ?
Ho rifatto l' utility disco sul SSD e continua a dire che c'è il problema...

Verifico file system.
Impossibile disattivare il volume.
Uso modalità in tempo reale.
Eseguo fsck_apfs -n -l -x /dev/rdisk2s1

A questo punto io comincio a sospettare di una incompatibilità tra Boot Camp ed il filesystem APS...

Anche se le ultime estensioni caricate dicono che sia a carico del BlueTooth

Dopo tre crash ed il messaggio che non c'era nessun hardware per il wireless, pare essersi messo a posto.
Certo, quell' errore c'è ancora, ma ho timore che sia un difetto della APFS a quanto ho letto in giro.

Adesso terrò un disco Time Machine per salvare il tutto regolarmente, poi vedrò cosa succede.
Secondo me non gli è piaciuto molto il discorso di bootcamp, ma magari quell' errore c'era già prima ma non lo avevo mai verificato.

Una domanda : nel caso decidessi di reinstallare da zero e poi ripristinare da time machine, devo reinstallarlo W10 in bootcamp o posso lasciare quello esistente ?
La nuova installazione lo vedrà già o necessita di crearlo per vederlo ?
Come avviene la scelta del boot per intenderci ?
