Hello,

I am writing a libre office document in which I have
mathematic equations introduced with TexMaths.
I would like to know how I can make references to the
equations in the text.
I am trying to figure it out but I cannot.
I would really appreciate any help.
Thank in advance.

use a caption / enhancement request
A formula is a frame object. Currently, it is only possible to cross-reference either a bookmark or reference mark. The name of a frame (graphic object, text box, formula, etc.) cannot be used as an anchor for a citing cross-reference. Refer my answer here, and the corresponding enhancement request FDO#64889. If you give the formula a caption, then the caption can be cross-referenced, however this will naturally not apply (be suitable) for an in-line formula.
