Unable to copy and paste images from web pages

I am a new user on LibreWriter version 5. I am using Windows 10. I am unable to copy web pages into LibreWriter properly. Whenever i do a copy and paste of a chrome web page, all images disappear and only the text and a blank box with outline is pasted in my document. I hv tried paste as well as paste special, but neither seems to work. If i copy the images individually, using copy image, it works perfectly. But unfortunately this does not work for me as there are a large number of images on each page (math notations etc). Pl help……
