Header graphics settings disappear when save as ms excel

Hi I’m trying to add header graphics to lib calc (Version: 4.3.6.2 —- Build ID: 4.3.6.2 Arch Linux build-2)then save as .xlsx or .xls; but after open saved .xlsx or .xls files disappear my header settings (graphics and other stuffs). Is there any solution?

closest bug
The closest bug report I can find is TDF#73819 however it relates to the page settings not being preserved for XLS/X. It may point to the same underlying issue.
