comunque anche un'altra persona è venuta nello stesso store del Vomero con mio stesso problema, credo che sia veramente qualcosa con wifi dell'aeroporto.
ieri sono andata a ritirare i due computer: macbook pro e imac, sono stata felicissima che nel momento che ho avviato ho trovato tutto come prima, niente perso. Ma come la felicità è effimera... vedo che tutti due computer chiedono la pass del id che ho cancellato.
Sono andata in iCloud.com e autorizzato mio MacBook Pro e imac, ma compare solo il cell e il macbook come miei dispositivi.
Ho chiamato apple, mi dice che devo veramente riformatare per riuscire a mettere il nuovo account, ossia, il mio account che ho cambiato id. Un buco allo stomaco! E' così?
poi, questa mattina ricevo una mail, siccome proviene da apple.com non so cosa fare... aiuto!!!
