Qual'è il problema?
Se è l'insufficienza organica, è ovvio.

È assolutamente sconsigliabile High Sierra, sia pure con HFS+ su un disco rotazionale.
Sarà sempre insufficiente, a mio parere anche Sierra, dovresti tornare quanto meno a El Capitan.

Su questa affermazione non c'è neanche da discutere.
Le conseguenze le vedi.

Per il resto:
- Cancella CleanMyMac è un truffaware.
- Cancella l'adware cliccando su [Remove]
Esegui uno per volta e posta per verifica, che non sia di peggio (il secondo comando potrebbe non avere risposta, segnalalo egualmente):
