Buona sera a tutti. Visto il titolo del topic mi inserisco per un dubbio che mi perseguita, Ho 2 mac ( MacBook AIR 11” inizio 2014 - iMAC 27” FINE 2012) entrambi con el capitan installato. Mi potete gentilmente spiegare perché iMAC all avvio ci mette un eternità rispetto al MacBook che è una scheggia?

Rich, non ti dispiacere se ti dico che ti sei inserito inopportunamente in questo topic.

Il tuo quesito è interessante ma:

1) spero che un moderatore abbia la pazienza di spostare il tuo intervento e questa mia risposta in un una nuova discussione.
Un titolo tipo "Due Mac, due velocità, perché?"

2) non hai letto nulla del problema qui affrontato.
Il tuo portatile è equipaggiato con un SSD.
E quindi anche se messo peggio, con problemi software e un'intensa paginazione in carico al disco, vai veloce.
Sull'iMac hai un rotazionale, e anche se hai una buona gestione del software, arranchi

Chiedi pure, abbiamo già sistemato e rinominato la discussione..

tu mi scrivi che il portatile ha problemi di software , cosa intendi e come posso risolvere?
poi mi dici che il iMac 27 arranca, immagino sia dovuto al fatto che non ha SSD, ma per il resto secondo te e ok?

Il portatile soffre un po’ di cattiva gestione.
Nonostante un assetto buono, anche se scarsino, come hardware.
La paginazione è pesantissima e va ad occupare indebitamente spazio su disco.

Quell’estensione per barare sul Turbo Boost non è aggiornata.
Non so se hai l’edizione Pro o l’hai compilata tu.
In ogni caso non appare adatta a El Capitan ed essendo un hack lo devi tenere in ordine e aggiornatissimo.

Il software Adobe appare piuttosto artigianalmente arrangiato.
Fai sparire SwitchBoard e sistema l’invadenza che hai autorizzato.
Apri Terminale, esegui, copiando ed incollando sulla sua finestra aperta e dando poi accapo

Scrivi exit, accapo, cmd+Q per uscire correttamente da Terminale.

Elimina Adobe pdf Viewer, inutile (usa Anteprima) pesantissimo (eventualmente usa Skim) e problematico (ed infatti crea problemi).

Su Java devi essere coerente.
Monti un’edizione obsoleta del SDK (o lo aggiorni o lo elimini) poi metti DUE blocdker di javascript in Safari.
Anche uno solo sarebbe inutile su Safari figuriamoci due.

E Safari, non so se per questo o per altro crolla e va in conflitto.
Fai così
1) Preferenze di Sistema, pannello iCloud, sincronizza Safari
2) Chiudi Safari
3) Apri Terminale, esegui, copiando ed incollando sulla sua finestra aperta e dando poi accapo

5) Preferenze di Sistema, pannello iCloud, desincronizza Safari poi sincronizza Safari

Hai qualche problema con Contatti.
Se sai risolvi altrimenti posta il resoconto che trovi in Console (il più recente)
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Contacts***.crash
Secondo queste istruzioni, che ti prego di eseguire con attenzione.

ho eseguito le tue indicazioni sul portatile, ho eseguito i comandi a terminale e per non saper ne leggere ne scrivere, ho disinstallato ADOBE ACROBAT DC con il software Adobe . SwitchBoard ARM e Viewer giusto? Le medesime cose ho fatto anche su iMac
p.s. Volevo installare per esigenze mie wondeshare PDFelement per poter modificare pdf , che dici ? più leggero?

- per quanto riguarda contatti ho verificato il percorso che mi hai consigliato e si apre senza problemi. Pero a dirti la verità mi capita , sia con fisso che portatile di dover recuperare dei contatti che a volte cancello e lo faccio utilizzando time machine con finestra contatti aperta, e sia su iMac che macbook l'app CONTATTI mi va in crash. E non capisco perché

Quell'applicazione Wondershare sembra buona.

Volevo provarla ma vedo che è commerciale, sia pure con trial.
Non appaiono controindicazioni, non è proprio economica

Non devi fare quell'operazione con Contatti aperta, ecco perché.

È scorretto.
I contati si compilano o si importano e comunque non devi reintegrare da Time Machine con l'app aperta.

Tienila sotto osservazione, se continua dovremo sistemare almeno preferenze e container.
Se va proprio male e continua a crasciare dovremo ricostruire il suo archivio nei supporti applicazione
