Kernel task al 400% dopo 4 ore

Ho un macbook pro del 2011, ssd e 16GB di ram (per ora è senza batteria, si è gonfiata l'originale e l'ho tolta).
Il mio problema è che puntualmente dopo 4 ore di utilizzo (lo so bene perchè ci lavoro) il mac si rallenta tantissimo e noto che il kernel_task schizza a valori altissimi.
La batteria l'ho tolta a settembre 2016 e ho poi fatto una installazione di sierra quando uscito. Non mi ricordo quando è iniziato il problema, ma sicuramente dopo l'installazione di sierra.

Apri Monitoraggio Attività. pannello CPU.

Individua il processo anomalo.
Selezionalo.
Poi vai sulla barra dei menù, individua il terzo bottone, quello con l'ingranaggio e la freccia in giù.
Clicca e clicca sulla prima voce: Campiona il processo.
Prendi le prime 100righe e postale, come testo, per favore solo tra i tag Code.

Apri Console e seleziona System.log mentre scorrono le righe in basso prendi le ultime 100 righe.
Postale, come testo fra i tag Code (codice).

Se compaiono, elimina i riferimenti personali
