Ciao ho un mac book pro 15 del 2010 cosi configurato
PROCESSOR 2.66GHz Intel Core I7
MEMORY 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRM - 2x2GB
HARD DRIVE 500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200
OPTICAL DRIVE SuperDrive 8X DL
DISPLAY MBP 15" Glossy WS Display
da ormai un anno ha cominciato a spegnersi prima con foto, ne un bel pò
poi anche con safari e se volevo vedere film in streaming
ora ho impiegato mezz'ora per rispondere perché si è spento due volte.

Io vorrei invece pregare il primo moderatore di passaggio di aprire lui un NUOVO TOPIC in Hardware a partire dal SECONDO messaggio di Pietro E.

Devi aprirlo, pulirlo dai kg di polvere e sporcizia che sarà presente, sostituire la pasta termica tra CPU e dissipatore.

Ha evidenti problemi di temperatura non dissipata a causa della pasta seccatasi e della polvere accumulata che lo mandano in protezione.

allora, l'hard disk lo spegni spesso (meno di 18.000 volte) e ha solo 90 giorni di lavoro totale (ma credo che tu abbia questo hard disk da un annetto..); c'è un problema elettromagnetico nell'hard disk lampante che l'hard disk corregge volta per volta facendoti accusare un po' di lentezza. Ecco quanto riguarda il tuo hard disk (credo pure che abbia ricevuto una piccola botta)..

Ma ho il sospetto che sia corrotta e impuntata una funzione di Foto.
Per esempio, la stavi usando e per fare cosa al momento che hai eseguito EtreCheck?

Mi sembrerebbe strano che tu, al momento di eseguire il check, la stessi usando.
E risulta la maggiore incriminata del problema.

Vedi 71% com.apple.photos.ImageConversionService, proprio al momento di eseguire il check.
Con due resoconti al giorno di blocchi a carico di VT Encoder che riguardano la cache dei servizi XPC

Ciao,
sto cercando di inviare le righe con le informazioni sul crash ma è diventato complicato si spegne ogni 3 minuti anche senza safari aperto basta console!! Giusto per informazione Foto non era aperto ho tolto la poca polvere sulle ventole e andrò a sostituire la pasta termica.
Sto pensando seriamente di sostituire l'hard disk con un SSD ma aspetto il vs. parere sul crash.

Quello che puoi tu di testare il corretto funzionamento dell'hardware è relativo.
Nei limiti(di come assemblato) puoi solo procedere per l'esclusione fisica.
Ad es. rimuovi hd e lo accendi.
La ram puoi rimuoverla ?
Le ventole,alimentazione,processore etc. ci vuole tecnico (e capace)

1) Inutile dire che pretendere che un Mac con disco rotazionale e appena 4GB di ram possa supportare Sierra.
Andrà sempre e comunque male, con tutti i problemi derivanti quasi insormontabili.
Un Mac simile non è gestibile, né usabile.

2) Nutro seri dubbi sulla stabilità e funzionalità di software di tipo musicale su Sierra e di tipo come quello che hai installato.

In genere chi usa questi strumenti cautelativamente si ferma a Mavericks.
Ma non sono sufficientemente esperto per dirti se fa bene e perché.
Se li usi accertati di averli aggiornati.
Se non li usi disinstallali come si deve.

3) Il tuo impianto appare portato da lontano nel tempo.
Contiene del software obsoleto e non appare sufficientemente adattato a Sierra.
Probabilmente avrebbe avuto bisogno di una reinstallazione da zero, già da tempo.

- Java che sembra non usi, oppure aggiornalo con l’installazione del pannello nelle preferenze di sistema
