segnalo che quella schiappa di microsoft ha rilasciato l'aggiornamento dell'aggiornamento del service pack 2 in modo da non distruggere nessun database (si spera):



"This update is primarily preventative and targets those who have not yet installed SP2; however, whether you have or have not installed SP2, please run this update to bring your installation of Microsoft Office:Mac 2011 to the latest version."

Io lo uso perché a una mia collega regalarono il Macbook bianco e la suite di Office con 3 licenze e me ne concesse una per sdebitarsi del tempo che avevo perso (*) a spiegarle un po' di cose

(*) nel senso che non è servito a niente… continua ad usare il pc

scusate l'ignoranza ma se devo aggiornare a partire dalla versione 14.0 e voglio farlo direttamente da word facendo "cerca aggiornamenti" devo per forza scaricarne ed installarne uno alla volta?? non c'è modo di aggiornare direttamente all'ultima versione disponibile??

Io avevo saltato il primo sull'Air e li ho dovuti fare ad uno ad uno via software.

scusate ma solo a me con l'aggiornamento a 14.2.2 ha installato un'applicazione (non so bene come definirla) che si chiama SOLVER? Mi compare nel Lauchpad e se ci clicco mi apre excel, proprio in maniera identica ad excel vero e proprio. Misteri di microzozz

Executive Summary
This security update resolves one publicly disclosed and five privately reported vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office. The vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted Office file. An attacker who successfully exploited these vulnerabilities could gain the same user rights as the logged-on user. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights.

This security update is rated Important for all supported editions of Microsoft Excel 2003, Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac, and Microsoft Office for Mac 2011; it is also rated Important for supported versions of Microsoft Excel Viewer and Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. For more information, see the subsection, Affected and Non-Affected Software, in this section.

The security update addresses the vulnerabilities by correcting the way that Microsoft Excel validates data when opening specially crafted Excel files. For more information about the vulnerabilities, see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) subsection for the specific vulnerability entry under the next section, Vulnerability Information.

Recommendation. Customers can configure automatic updating to check online for updates from Microsoft Update by using the Microsoft Update service. Customers who have automatic updating enabled and configured to check online for updates from Microsoft Update typically will not need to take any action because this security update will be downloaded and installed automatically. Customers who have not enabled automatic updating need to check for updates from Microsoft Update and install this update manually. Su una postazione mi ha introdotto un errore su Outlook (che non uso) e ora lamenta la ricostruzione del database interno delle applicazioni con lo strumento Microsoft Database Utility in Applicazioni / Microsoft Office 2011 / Office.

Peccato che, facendolo, non si risolva nulla ....
