kernel_task alle stelle

Buongiorno a tutti, sono un produttore musicale e da un mese a questa parte quando apro VCV RACK ( software che emula un sistema di sintesi modulare ) il kernel task sale alle stelle fino ad oltre al 1000% di utilizzo di CPU e ovviamente diventa impossibile lavorarci.
Anche abbassando o alzando l'utilizzo dei core internamente al software, bastano 3 minuti e tutto l'audio diventa sotto-quantizzato e il laptop se avesse le ali probabilmente spiccherebbe il volo da quanto girano le ventole.
Ho letto alcuni post riguardanti il kernel task e sembrerebbe che di base va fatta pulizia e eliminare gli aggiornamenti di google, cosa che ho fatto ma comunque resta il problema e anche su Ableton Live, spesso crasha.

I Mac non hanno bisogno di alcun antivirus.
Fatto questo, riavvia il tuo MBP e vedi se hai ancora quel fastidioso problema.
Se Ableton Live ancora "crasha" è opportuno che ci invii il report del "crash".

Alberto bentrovato, mi intrometto per una precisazione, CleanmyMac non nasce come antivirus, è un cleaner principalmente, dove nelle ultime versioni hanno introdotto un nuovo motore di scansione antimalware . A tal proposito ne approfitto per dire che DetecX attualmete ripulisce meglio di Malwarebytes, mi sono infettato come sono solito fare per testare i due più CleanmyMac. A volte capita l'esatto contrario, malwarebytes rileva più di DetectX, ecco perchè li uso tutti e due.
Opportuno comunque toglierlo di mezzo subito CleanmyMac. Seguo mio malgrado Cleanmymac dalla versione 2 credo, siamo alla 4.8.0 almeno cambiassero colore...

Questo link per il kernel task. ci sono varie soluzioni, può dipendere da tantissimi fattori, fra cui causa data da scheda audio. ma la soluzione proposta è l'ultima spiaggia da utilizzare solo se si ha backup del Mac potrebbe fare molto male al Mac. Gli altri consigli sono normali non fanno male!

Se per caso clenmymac non fosse la causa....

Ho avuto problemi di kernel task con il mio Air, ventole a manetta, audio che gracchiava, impossibile da gestire, fare qualsiasi operazione, costretto a spegnimento forzato.
Me lo ha fatto diverse volte, risolte con reset smc e nvram, non so quale dei due abbia avuto effetto, li faccio sempre assieme.

Tolgo il disturbo, per un paio di giorni sono incasinato, no smart working. Mi tolgo dalle palle per un po' non festeggiate troppo

Eccomi, scusa ma non trovavo le notifiche relative alle risposte.

Innanzitutto grazie per la disponibilità, ho seguito i consigli, disinstallato clean my mac e fatto ripristino di smc e nvram ma niente: apro VCV RACK e tempo 5 minuti sale sia il suo utilizzo di CPU che il kernel task nel activity monitor.

Ableton Live sembra essersi ripreso invece.
