Dopo upgrade Mavericks, impossibile connettersi ad App Store

E' la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. Ho effettuato l'aggiornamento Mac OS e a partire dal completamento dell'installazione non ho avuto più accesso all'Apple Store nè all'Itunes Store. Mi compare una finestra completamente grigia.

Nell'ordine, ho provato:
- a riavviare più volte il mac senza esito;
- a riavviare il mac tenendo premuto il tasto opzione, e ho cliccato ripara disco, ripara permessi;
- a rimuovere dalla cartella cache i file relativi all'appstore;
- ho controllato l'accesso portachiavi ma non ho riscontrato alcun problema;
- ho inserito dei comandi sudo nel terminal, su suggerimento di un utente;
- ho reinstallato mac os in safe mode

Tutto senza esito.

Posso confermare che il mio ID Apple è pienamente funzionante perchè lo uso dall'Iphone.

Non so se può essere rilevante ma sono all'estero per motivi di studio ed ho fatto l'upgrade da qui. Prima di allora, l'App store funzionava perfettamente e l'ID non mi aveva dato problemi.

Spero davvero che possiate aiutarmi, anche perchè qui non ci sono Apple Store Retail e dovrò attendere di tornare in Italia per andare al Genius Bar.

E' la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere.

Questo è davvero molto strano, forse sei un utente particolarmente fortunata, perché una delle (poche) cose di Apple che funziona davvero male è proprio App Store.
Soprattutto in periodi come questo (Mavericks eccetera) in cui milioni di utenti si collegano. Spesso genera errori, non riconosce correttamente gli account o è del tutto inaccessibile.

- Ho finito adesso di installare Final Cu Pro X, ma fino a ieri App Store insisteva segnalandomi che non potevo scaricarlo dal mio account. Ora tutto ok.
- In una discussione su Boom, un utente ha aggiornato alla versione 1.8, io ancora adesso vedo Boom in versione 1.7. Sul forum di supporto sono molti gli utenti che chiedono perché non vedono la nuova versione.

Penso ci voglia solo un po' di pazienza, in particolare prima di scomodare il Terminale che può comportare (se non sai cosa stai facendo) conseguenze decisamente più seccanti.
Poi se il problema persiste per diversi giorni, secondo me devi contattare Apple, in qualsiasi parte del mondo ti trovi, fai meno danni e risolvi sicuramente il problema.
