Quella sorta di preferenza è un componente separato ed autonomo di Wireshark.

Più o meno serve a regolarizzare i permessi dei pacchetti sniffati.
Posso supporre che è assemblato grossolanamente.
E non è abbinato correttamente alla versione con cui viene fornito.

Se dappertutto viene rilevato come non dipendente dall'applicazione madre

Può essere che EtreCheck dia l'erroneo messaggio di file not found perchè nemmeno lui ha i permessi per vedere all'interno della directory /Library/Application\ Support/Wireshark/?
Tutto questo solo perchè mi sono addentrato nel mondo dei LaunchDaemon per ripulire per benino il Mac dal Tinker Tool System.

È da tanto che non faccio un controllo. Ogni tanto Safari si pianta ma si riavvia in modo impercettibile. Quando ho aperto etrecheck, ho ricevuto un messaggio in francese che c'era un nuovo aggiornamento, strano perché avevo scaricato la versione inglese. Ora quando sono andato sul sito per scaricare l'ultima versione, ho messo il segno di spunta alla versione inglese e curiosamente ha scaricato lo stesso la versione francese. Eccolo:

Ho dormito tranquillo, grazie Certo non ho problemi a leggere e scrivere il francese e so che il creatore di Etrecheck, il cui nome purtroppo mi sfugge, (non l'ho trovato cercando rapidamente su google) è francofono, ma non capisco perché il disguido linguistico dovrebbe essere ovvio a tutti, o meglio, non ho capito che cosa mi sfugge .
