The Power Macintosh G4 Cube models -- the Power Mac G4/450 Cube and G4/500 Cube -- have three memory slots and support up to 1.5 GB of memory running either MacOS 9 or MacOS X (MacOS 9 is limited to 1 GB of memory allocated to any single application).

Officially, the Power Mac G4 Cube uses 100 MHz PC100 SDRAM (3.3v, unbuffered, 64-bit-wide, 168-pin) modules, but PC133 is backwards compatible with the earlier PC100 standard and may be easier to find.
